Abstract:
The article presents an analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and tools on the activities of medical institutions and, in particular, on the social-professional communications of employees of medical institutions with consumers of medical services. The role and impact of the implementation of AI technologies on the activities of medical institutions and the provision of medical services to the population are noted. Examples of the implementation of artificial intelligence tools into the current activities of medical organizations are presented. The article also highlights the main factors that need to be taken into account when implementing AI in the context of transforming the social and professional communications of a medical institution.
