Employee Net Promoter Score as a basis for determining the level of loyalty

Abstract: 
The article considers one of the qualitative characteristics of the company`s personnel, namely loyalty, in conjunction with the staff satisfaction index, which allows measuring the level of loyalty. The main metrics of measuring loyalty are given, as well reasons and factors influencing the dynamics of its change. The role of pure loyalty as the main indicator of the company`s attractiveness for internal and external customers is highlighted.
