Analysis and systematization of the process of social adaptation of people affected by chronic wartime stress

The paper presents and analyzes the following psychosomatic phenomenon – "wartime stress". The prospects of overcoming its negative consequences for the personality are also presented (in particular, the scientific research development of employees of the Federal State Budgetary Budgetary Institution "Institute of Artificial Intelligence Problems" "Development of theoretical foundations and computer intelligent technologies for diagnosing and drug-free self-regulation of psychoemotional states of personality", conducted in 2024). As one of the most striking consequences of chronic wartime stress is considered post-traumatic stress disorder and its negative consequences for an individual: depression, stress, suicidal tendencies, insomnia, abuse of narcotic, medicinal substances and alcohol, excessive irritability and anxiety towards others, communication difficulties, etc.

The article examines the period of the early years of a child's life and its influence on the formation of his intellectual and spiritual potential and capital, on the formation and further development of his personality. The personal, spiritual, moral and intellectual development of a modern family with young children and the process of raising young children are considered.

 

Trust as a characteristic of Kazakhstan mentality

In this article the category "trust" considered as a characteristic of national mentality on the materials of research conducted in Kazakhstan according to the methodology of the international project Edelman Trust Barometer. The specific features of Kazakhstan in this context described in comparison with the countries participating in the project. It shows the dependence of the structure and key indicators of trust on the levels of socio-economic development of countries, on political regimes and value priorities of societies.

The article reveals modern interpretations of innovative design in the activities of enterprises. Attention is drawn to the objectification and importance of corporate strategies for innovative development in achieving the goals of socio-economic development. The spectrum of social indicators and their significance in organizational, information and digital support of the activities of contextual, local and global teams is determined. A conceptual confirmation of the need to take into account the processes of socialization of workers in the design of innovative activities of enterprises has been carried out.

This article is devoted to the study of various methods for assessing the effectiveness of artificial intelligence and neural networks for marketing purposes. During the study, methods such as surveying marketer respondents and using the Eye-tracking tool will be considered, and an experiment will be conducted. Based on the research, a number of recommendations have been developed for the use of artificial intelligence and neural networks by specialists in the marketing and advertising industry.

Value-semantic foundations for the formation of a culture of youth work activity

The formation of human potential is rightly associated with the development of the work culture of individuals and groups. Value-semantic mechanisms are the basis for establishing connections between an individual and socio-cultural communities, contributing to his active or passive adaptation in the process of meaning-making in activity. This is also true in relation to professional identity, because Any type of activity is characterized by a group value system that determines the culture of the profession, i.e. values ​​and norms characterizing its content. In the study of the culture of work activity of young people, the author turns to the structure of value-motivational meanings of student youth, since during the period of receiving professional education, active entry into the profession occurs and the formation of professional identity begins.

 

Competence-based approach in personnel assessment as a factor in improving its effectiveness

The article investigates the application of competence approach in personnel assessment. The theoretical foundations of the competence-based approach, its aims, advantages of its use, as well as recommendations for implementation are considered. It also analyses the impact of the competency-based approach on improving the overall effectiveness of the personnel appraisal system is also presented. The results of the study substantiate the feasibility of implementing the methodology of personnel assessment by competences.

The present study is devoted to practical mechanisms of crisis management in the internal control systems of organizations as a key aspect of ensuring its effectiveness. Within the framework of the work the problem of insufficiency of tools in the internal control systems responsible specifically for counteracting crisis situations is considered. The research offers solutions that can be implemented in the internal control systems of organizations, if we consider the counteraction to crisis situations from the position of risk management, risk planning and internal audit.

The article examines gender attitudes that influence the behavior of women in the family. An analysis of sources shows that in the historical context of Russian statehood there has always been a culture of instilling psychological gender attitudes among young people regarding the distribution of the share of responsibility in the family. Measures are proposed to review the formation of family relations, the definition of primacy and the distribution of responsibility for the basic needs of the basic unit of society.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the potential influence of social network filtering algorithms on the formation of public opinion. It examines the types of algorithmic mechanisms used, how they work, and their ability to counter disinformation. Examples are given of the use of filtering algorithms on popular social platforms - VKontakte, YouTube, Yandex.Zen. Possible ways to improve the efficiency and quality of their work in the future are also presented.

Demographic analysis as a tool to improve the effectiveness of youth vocational guidance (on the example of the Republic of Adygea)

The article analyzes the trends in the demographic situation of the entire population, including youth by age groups (15-19 years old) in the Republic of Adygea. Special attention is paid to the ranking of young people by age groups, gender, place of residence (urban and rural population) for the subsequent formation of an adaptive, individual career-oriented educational environment. The authors have proved the positive dynamics of the increase in the number of young people in the Republic of Adygea. The increase in the number of young people in the republic is due to the rural population, which is showing steady growth.

 

Features of the development of youth subcultures on the Internet

In connection with the development and increase in the number of interactions via the Internet, such part of culture as subcultures are currently being created and developed in the format of remote interaction. Remote interaction, having its own characteristics, affects communication, the format of communication between group members and the scope of what boundaries of what is permitted such groups set for themselves. This topic is of interest, among other things, because participants in subcultures are most often young people - a group of the population that has the greatest resources for the further development of society, since it is young people who are the engine of development in the field of science, technology and innovation, have great potential for learning, actively participates in the social life of society. The article examines the features of the development of youth subcultures on the Internet, the influence of the Internet on the formation and development of youth subcultures, analyzes their main features and characteristics, the reasons for youth joining subcultures, the reasons for the emergence of new subcultures

 

Student’s attitude to lending

This article examines the attitude of students towards lending. The factors determining credit behavior are considered. The theoretical basis of the study was scientific articles by sociologists, the results of a study by the Russian Public Opinion Research Center, data from the National Bureau of Credit Histories, as well as the Bank of Russia. The authors of the article conducted a sociological survey of students of the Western Branch of the RANEPA. The degree of interest of students in lending is determined, the existing knowledge and credit experience are analyzed.

 

Integration of young scientists: problems and prospects

In this article, the concept of a young scientist and his role for modern science as a whole is considered from the point of view of a systematic approach. The topic of integration of young scientists into the scientific community is relevant, since young scientists play a key role in the development of science. They generate new ideas, analyze current problems of modern science, and suggest ways to solve scientific problems. The process of integration of young scientists into the scientific community is influenced by a combination of intra-system and non-system factors: low motivation and lack of interest in scientific activity, low wages, lack of scientific laboratories, equipment, funding, etc. To analyze the factor space of hierarchical levels of integration, the following methods were used: document analysis, comparative analysis, description, scientific generalization of the theory. The analysis of the university and regional level of support and integration of young scientists in the Belgorod region showed the feasibility of technologizing integration processes and making changes to the infrastructure to support young scientists at the regional level. This can lead to the creation of new technologies, improving the quality of people's lives, solving various problems in society, attracting young researchers and developing their careers, as well as improving the quality of scientific research. In addition, the integration of young scientists helps to create new research teams and develop cooperation between various scientific organizations, which is also an important factor for the development of science.

This article provided recommendations for the development of social technologies for transparency management. In particular, the proposed project to create an internal community in organizations has a positive effect on the overall level of implementation of young modern enterprises and organizations.

The new banking reality in the field of recruitment

The article examines the current dynamics of personnel selection in the banking sector, the specifics of the personnel shortage and its causes, and presents the results of a study conducted by St. Petersburg State University of Economics (SPbSUE) commissioned by Rosbank. Within the framework of this project, value and adaptation interviews were conducted with Rosbank employees to determine the factors influencing the attractiveness of an employer for young professionals. The authors highlight the practices used by employers to attract and retain young employees in the labor market.

This study is devoted to the analysis of the role of human resource management in the context of increasing organizational effectiveness. Special attention is paid to developing a competent workforce, motivating and committing employees, and developing their professional competencies. The problem of fertility: the demographic crisis of the Tambov region

The article is devoted to the study of the decline in the birth rate in the Tambov region. To assess this demographic phenomenon, a statistical analysis of data for the USSR, the Russian Federation and the Tambov Region was carried out and compared with indicators for the region. The article also examines the main causes of this demographic challenge, predicts the future of fertility, and puts forward additional measures to improve the situation. In conclusion, the paper concludes that it is important to take measures to increase fertility.
